These days, Uber as a company needs no introduction. The San Francisco-based technology company is innovating at the intersection of lifestyle and logistics. Uber connects riders with safe, reliable, convenient transportation providers at a variety of price-points in cities around the world. Uber has revolutionized the travel industry by merging modern technology with the age-old need for rapid and affordable transportation. Boasting a valuation of $62.5 billion and a presence in 449 cities and 66 countries around the world, Uber is truly the most ubiquitous travel solution on the planet.  As of 2019, Uber is estimated to have 110 million worldwide users at a 69.0% market share in the United States for passenger transport, and a 25% market share for food delivery.

Scalio was approached by Uber to architect, design, and develop a confidential iOS application to be used by their internal team. Within a few months of project inception, the application was finished and met with enthusiasm from the upper management team at Uber. Although the nature of the software is under strict NDA, it met a high-priority need within the organization... and thats all we can say about that. :)
