SimpleShowing

SimpleShowing is the new way to tour and buy a home. The SimpleShowing iOS app empowers savvy consumers to be their own agent and book home showings without a Realtor, which allows users to save up to half of the traditional Realtor commission to buyers. 

Scalio developed the initial Simple Showing iOS Prototype. The app included property listings, consumed MLS data, and allowed user browsing and viewing of properties. The prototype served as a technology foundation, from which SimpleShowing has evolved into a quickly growing real-estate company.
