ARWorld

We wrote Pokémon Go before Pokémon Go was a thing! ARWorld is an augmented reality game for iOS that immerses the user in a “hunt” for real-world items that reveal virtual items within the app. A series of clues lead the user to find and locate an item with their phone. Users can create their own hunt, share it with others, and play along in order to solve the hunt! 

Scalio developed the application to offer users a unique social experience by combining a puzzle based format, endlessly customizable hunts, and an intersection between real-world and virtual elements. We wrote the application in Swift and leveraged the third-party Augmented Reality Metaio iOS SDK (Now Acquired by Apple).
